Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3, gentle and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing on the weekend.
